1. Security Specialist (afternoon shift)

Context of this role:

    Diageo’s HR Shared Service operation known as First point is a dynamic, exciting and forward thinking place to work with a commitment to excellent customer service and the continuous improvement of the delivery of HR services to the business. As part of the HR Shared Service operation a Process, Systems and Data support team is responsible for the business as usual operations focused on ensuring all aspects of Workday and related technologies, data and processes operate effectively and efficiently. Working hours are 2 pm – 11 pm.

Purpose of role:

    Management & maintenance of user access and security profiles within Workday in accordance with the global design principles and standards relating to data accessibility & relevant business controls. This role will also support the embedding of HCM reporting from Workday - including educating business users on how to interpret reports and have thorough understanding of relevant report content etc.

Accountabilities:

  • Investigates issues where security is a factor, trouble-shoot to understand root cause and determine appropriate action
  • Review & execute requests for Workday Security Access in accordance with defined process and appropriate approvals
  • Review & execute requests for Workday Administrator Access in line with global design principles
  • Execute appropriate Security control processes and audits to relevant frequency to ensure company controls are being met
  • Pro-actively support the embedding of HCM reporting from Workday though educating business users on how to interpret reports, understand data content and how security profile may impact availability of data within the suite of reports.

Key Criteria to be successful in this role:

  • Experience in working in Service Orientated Environment – preferably in HR
  • Language fluency in English is mandatory Spanish would be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent understanding of security principles and design within Workday and in design or execution of business controls related to systems access
  • 2+ years’ experience in SAP HR, Workday or other core HR system. (Familiarity with working in a SaaS based environment desirable)
  • Confident in using Excel
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy and not compromising on relevant controls
  • Able to diagnose complex issues, root cause analysis skills
  • Able to explain technical aspects of functionality in a clear and compelling way to manage stakeholder expectations and requirements
  • Confident to influence others, sometimes senior stakeholders in the area of managing expectations and holding true to globally consistent design
  • Strong analytical, planning and organising skills

2. Integration Specialist (afternoon shift)

Purpose of role:

    This role, Integrations Specialist, ensures that all interfaces into and out of Workday (and related HR systems) operate to the required standards in terms of timeliness, controls and quality. Further responsibility is to maintain the range of interfaces out of Workday including any required modifications or expansions and manage the creation of all approved new interfaces from Workday

Accountabilities:

  • Monitor and maintain multiple interfaces e.g. to Payroll, to Finance, to/from other systems
  • Diagnose and resolve any issues to ensure interfaces operate to the required standards
  • Liaise with other system owners to understand requirements and design new or amendments to existing interface programmes. Manage the development of the changes via a third party partner
  • Ensure documentation is maintained for all interfaces
  • Ensure up and down stream systems are reconciled to an agreed schedule and frequency
  • Maintain appropriate level of skill and capability in Workday integration tools and functionality in order to assure rigour in the design, build and testing of interfaces
  • Ensure all new interface developments are appropriately tested and comply with all relevant control and audit requirements
  • Manage third party support partner – vendor management, service and quality monitoring
  • Maintain & update HR Employee Self Service portals

Key Criteria to be successful in this role:

  • Strong interface design skills and best practice knowledge within a HR context
  • 2-3 years’ Experience in Workday and/or other core HR systems (PS,SAP HR, etc.) required
  • Ability to work with outsourced / off-shore third-party providers to deliver service levels
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, planning, organizing, detail conscious
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team as well as working remotely across multiple geographies
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to convey complex data or technical issues to non-technical stakeholders as well as ability to “talk technical” with IS and system development teams
  • Strong orientation to control and adherence to process
  • High level of accuracy

    We are looking for HR Specialists to join our new HR shared service team (called First Point) in Budapest providing wide range of HR services to employees across North America and Latin American Countries. This is a fantastic role for anyone who has a passion for great customer service and a drive for excellent performance standards. Since relations will encompass people based in a variety of locations and across multiple cultures, languages and time-zones working hours are 2 pm – 11 pm.

Top Accountabilities:

  • Serve as key contact/liaison with local HR in market to ensure that the process, including notifications, reflect current ways of working
  • Provide support to ad-hoc projects including organisational restructures and redundancy projects (reports, process flows, consultancy, testing etc)
  • Responds to all queries through phone, email, and logs all details onto the query management system
  • Creates and issue legal employment documentation and maintains master document templates
  • Liaises with other HR teams to complete processes, diagnose issues and improve handoffs (Fleet, Payroll, Benefits Providers etc)
  • Executes some basic process documentation e.g. Reference Letters /VOE (Verification of Employment)
  • Resolves queries re: process application, payroll, benefits, HR systems cross-HR team execution and employee events

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Fluent English skills is a must and excellent command one of the following languages Spanish or French or Portuguese
  • 1-3 years Experience in HR is highly desirable (previous SAP HR, EIC or Cloud Technology experience all highly valued) Experience of working in a Shared Services environment also acceptable.
  • Prior experience of working with legal documents or maintaining complex data changes desirable
  • Prior experience in delivering excellent customer experience is essential
  • Experience of working in a high paced environment, deliver to tight deadlines and managing expectations of stakeholders

4. HR Resourcing Coordinator (afternoon shift)

    First Point HR shared service team for North America and Latin American Countries provides wide range of HR services to employees across the Americas. Among these services is Resourcing Coordination which is a fantastic role for anyone who has a passion for great customer service and a drive for excellent performance standards. The relations built as part of this team will encompass people based in a variety of locations and across multiple cultures, languages and time-zones, thus working hours are 2 pm – 11 pm.

Top Accountabilities:

  • Supports the end to end resourcing process – coaching HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Researchers and candidates through the process.
  • The Coordinator manages relationships with varied internal stakeholders and external vendors (background checks, agencies) – providing all recruitment tools and materials as needed.
  • Manages each open requisition according to the global resourcing process
  • Opens requisitions in Brass Ring (recruitment management system) and manages the end to end on-line process for the activity
  • Responsible for the application process from beginning to end, including candidate experience
  • Coordinate and send internal candidates for roles posted internally
  • Manages all travel/logistics for candidate interviews
  • Performs scheduling requests
  • Schedule skill testing, medical and background checks where applicable
  • Closes the requisition on Brass Ring and completes the New Hire form in Brass Ring to trigger offer letter and onboarding process
  • Manages and tracks costs associated with Resourcing activity
  • Analyses metrics, reports emerging trends and integrates with Continuous Improvement team on actions related to resourcing
  • Resolves Contact Center escalations and queries where appropriate for resourcing

Qualifications and experience required:

As part of the HR Shared Service operation a Process, Systems and Data support team is required who are responsible for the business as usual (including some level of enhancement & development) operations focused on ensuring all aspects of Workday and related technologies, data and processes operate effectively and efficiently. Purpose of role:

    This team of specialists are accountable for the maintenance of organisation data as well as maintaining process configuration in the areas of Core HR, Talent and Reward within Workday in accordance with the global design. They pro-actively drive integrity of HR data and adherence to process through analytics, education and monitoring of KPIs by performing “mass” data changes via use of Workday upload functionality and administering the HR process cycle events across Core HR, Reward and Talent. To support HR Process Owners and senior stakeholders as well as the Service Delivery teams in a variety of locations and across multiple cultures, languages and time-zones these subject matter experts need to work autonomously and be able to apply judgement and decision making skills as well as use knowledge and experience to in diagnosis and resolution of issues.

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Experience in working in Service Orientated Environment – preferably in HR
  • Excellent understanding of data principles and experience of data mapping, data conversion, data migration and general management of global data.
  • Strong understanding of how technology enables process effectiveness and how process data flows within and across processes
  • Confident in extracting and manipulating complex/large volumes of data. Advanced Excel and understanding of data structures using xml
  • 2+ years’ experience in SAP HR, Workday or other core HR system. (Familiarity with working in a SaaS based environment desirable)
  • A passion for data and precision.
  • Able to diagnose complex issues, root cause analysis skills

  • Lead and drive consistency of all end to end lifecycle core processes across North America and Latin America

  • Progressive HR experience, preferably in contact center, resolution or lifecycle functions
  • Deep HR knowledge preferred. Knowledge of Telephony and or related technology preferred
  • Able to demonstrate achievement and delivery to rigorous SLA’s and performance levels
